TalentEd Matters, LLC provides solutions to improve individual, team and organizational effectiveness in the areas of leadership development, strengths-based coaching, team coaching, culture development, organizational development and talent management strategy. In a nutshell, it partners with individuals in creating their ideal careers while simultaneously working with organizations and systems to create ideal work cultures.
TalentEd Matters, LLC’s Chief People, Culture & Strategy Officer, Jewel Celestine (she/her/hers) received both her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and Masters of HR from York University, a Bachelor of Adult Education from Brock University and a Masters in Education (Workplace Learning) from the University of Toronto. She is a Board Member/Advisor, Certified Practitioner of Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, MBTI, EQi/EQ360, Hogan Assessments, and the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Certified in Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Strategic Workforce Planning, Jewel is accredited as an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, as well as a Certified Organizational Coach from the University of British Columbia. She also holds a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR ) designation.
Prior to founding TalentEd Matters, Jewel supported tech companies in Silicon Valley, TD Financial Group, Ernst & Young, the Ontario Public Service in Canada and Bayer HealthCare in North America and EMEA, focusing on strategic HR Initiatives, leadership development, talent management and employee engagement. In addition to this, she brings over 15 years in HR with expertise in engaging and retaining talent, equipping high-performing teams, identifying, assessing and deploying high-performing talent, developing leaders, building careers, planning successors and coaching individuals and organizations. She is sought out for her thought leadership and has spoken on various panels and podcasts and contributed to industry publications.
Outside of her passion for the work she does, Jewel enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and four sons.
